Isaiah 41:10–13
10 Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’
11 “Behold, all those who were incensed against you Shall be ashamed and disgraced; They shall be as nothing, And those who strive with you shall perish.
12 You shall seek them and not find them— Those who contended with you. Those who war against you Shall be as nothing, As a nonexistent thing.
13 For I, the LORD your God, will hold your right hand, Saying to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you.’

Do not depend on the things of this world. True Christianity depends upon God. The world hates God. Therefore, the world hates the people of God, Christians. The days of persecution have just begun.

God has promised His protection. His protection does not mean His people will not be attacked but He will be with them and uphold them. God would shame and confuse all who opposed them. The enemies of God will perish.

The enemy of Christianity is not always people. The great enemy of Christianity is Satan. He uses many ploys against God’s people. Satan plants doubt and lies in the minds of Christians. He tempts Christians with sin, Satan knows our weaknesses. If our focus is removed from God then Satan can us these weaknesses such as pride, lust, and greed to work in our lives.
Satan can use deception, disunity persecution and even fear and discouragement against the follower of Christ.

Christians should not fear because God has promised to be with them promising His support. David wrote in Psalm 23:4, “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me.”

John 14:27 says, “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.” Christians have the presence of the Holy Spirit living in them. He provides strength, courage, and wisdom. 2 Timothy 1:7 says, “For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control. What fear are you facing today?
