Daily Devotion (July 16, 2024)

Isaiah 41:8–10 (NKJV)
8 “But you, Israel, are My servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, The descendants of Abraham My friend.
9 You whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, And called from its farthest regions, And said to you, ‘You are My servant, I have chosen you and have not cast you away:
10 Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’

Do you see things getting better or worse? The Christian’s life belongs to God. Stand tall, stand firm, do not fear because God your God, the God of all creation is with you. Many will come against you. Even those you may think you have been standing with you they are not. They are being used by Satan.

The God of the Bible is with you. Just as God protected the former president of the United States of America, Donald Trump, in a blink of an eye, the turning of the head, God will protect you.

Satan hates you; God loves you. Satan wants to destroy you; God wants to build you up. God has a calling in your life. There is a purpose for you waking up this morning.

Proverbs 3:5–6 5Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; 6In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.

Psalm 23:4 4Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

Jeremiah 29:11 11For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
