John 1:3 (NKJV) — 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him
nothing was made that was made.
Life is all about Jesus!
All things were made (created) by Him. Not just creation but every detail of
creation. All spiritual or material things were created by Christ. Colossians
1:16 “For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on
earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or
powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.”
We are God’s creation. We belong to Him. God did not create outside of
Himself. Before creation nothing existed. What God created was created
from Himself. God’s creation was perfect.
There are absolute statements found throughout the Bible. This is one of
them. “ALL THINGS” were made by Him. We are God’s creation. Specifically,
we are the Creation of Jesus Christ. Way before Creation Christ existed…He
is eternal. Christ exists today and will be in existence forever.
All creation is God’s. Contrary to deist belief, God is involved in His creation.
He is not off in some isolated place removed from the world. The problems
in life come from sin. The answer to the problems in the world is Jesus.
So the question comes to this…who or what do you put your trust in? Who
do you serve? I stand with Joshua. Joshua 24:15 “and if it seems evil to you
to serve the LORD, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve,
whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of
the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for
me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”
