1 John 1:3–4
3 that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ.
4 And these things we write to you that your joy may be full.
The Christian life is one of fellowship with God and other followers of Christ.
Through Jesus, we become acceptable to God. We can have a relationship with God by talking to and sharing with Him. We can walk with him throughout the day. Any problems we have we can be brought to Him. We have the assurance that He is with us.
Jesus gives us the strength to conquer the trials and temptations of life. He gives us a life of love, joy, and peace.
Through Jesus we can have a personal relationship with God that is real and meaningful. (Sorry about being redundant.)
Jesus gives us joy to the fullest! His joy is not dependent on circumstances or happiness. The joy that comes from the Lord comes from faith. Romans 15:13, “Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
Always remember the joy of the Lord lives in you as a believer in Jesus Christ. Focus on Him and not the things of this world.
